The Springmier Community Library is located inside Clear Creek Amana Middle School.

The Springmier Library has operated in Tiffin since 2001, after Howard Springmier entrusted his estate to the development of a library in Tiffin after his death. Shirely Yeries, the founder and original library director. was a life-long supporter of the library and literacy development. She worked extremely hard to bring this wonderful library to our community. Her mission was continued through the dedication and work of Kris Petersen, the second long-standing director.

The Springmier Library has been located in the same building since its onset, first residing on the east side of the building, which was the original Clear Creek Amana High School and now residing on the second floor of the west side of the building, which is now the Clear Creek Amana Middle School.
